Meenakshi gives first priority to quality . But for certain reasons if you are not satisfied with our jewelry we are ready to help you with flexible and easy return policy.
You are eligible to get a complete percentage refund of your amount in case of any one of the following
We have shipped a wrong product
There is a manufacturing defect
The Delivery partner has damaged during process.

Can everything be returned?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall in to any of the following categories:
As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.
– Personalized items include earings, bangles , bracelets, necklaces and rings.
– This is also applicable to discount products, offer products , unless the product is broken or defected.
We are requesting you not to accept any order if meenakshi packing is broken or the box is opened at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.

The return process

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Once the product/s is/are safely packed, connect with a meenakshi team to let us know you plan to return the order, so we can expect it!
Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 15 days.

Please allow a maximum of 12-15 working days for the return process to be completed.


Jewels should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be their in original package manner, including the original product packaging, bills, warranty cards. Any jewels that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags . All packaging, including the original containers, must be not changed in any manner. Jewels purchased as part of a set or multi- jewels set wiil not taken back individually.
